Justin Powell | Senior Pastor

Justin has served as Senior Pastor since January 2025. Previously, he served as senior pastor in Missouri, and before that served as youth pastor in Arkansas and Louisiana. Justin and his wife, Brandy, have three great kids and 2 loving pups.

Alynn Coleman | Office Manager

Alynn has been the office manager since February 2022. She is the one who keeps everyone organized and on the same page. She is the friendly face and voice on the phone. Alynn has been married to Chad since 2005. They have three children, Shayleigh, Camden and Halleigh.

Bob Klooz | Assistant Pastor

Bob has served as Associate Pastor since October 2020. Previously, he served in various lay leadership positions. Before joining Bow EFree, Bob worked at BD and had farmed for 22 years. Bob and his wife, Karla, have six children and 14 grandchildren.
